New Social Club Open at Grand Palm!

Life just became grander at Grand Palm! On July 5th, we opened our new Social Club, which expands our already popular, thriving amenity center. The 7,227 square-foot social club boasts world-class amenities, with a café kitchen, a 3,400 square-foot resort-style pool, a large gathering room, and a separate spa area with a Jacuzzi. In addition to these amenities, there are more than 2,300 square feet of outdoor space in our lanai, which features a tiki pavilion, palm trees, and wraparound verandas. Walking paths wrapped around the Social Club make it just a convenient walk away!  And exciting news for residents: we added 8 MORE pickleball courts.
